Inch & Acre — Curated archival art

Small prints you'd find at a little shop in downtown Winooski.

Curated archival art, with the story attached.

Inch & Acre is a small shop based in Winooski, Vermont. We go through the open-access collections of the great museums, pick the pieces with a story worth telling, and have them printed to order by our print partner.

What we make

Shelf sets. Three 5×7 giclée prints on rigid gallery board, chosen to belong together and sized to stand on a picture ledge.

Masterworks. Single prints, framed and matted, ready to hang.

Where the art comes from

Every piece comes from a public-domain or open-access museum collection, and we record the source and license for each one. The artists are long gone. The curating, the sizing and the printing are ours.

Our prints draw on the open-access collections of the National Gallery of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. We're not affiliated with any of them. We're just grateful they put their collections online for everyone.
